Let's get this out of the way so it doesn't have to be repeated elsewhere.

Aereth is a collaborative storytelling roleplaying game (RPG) set in a fictional world inspired by fantasy and real-world history. Its cultures, religions, politics, characters, and events do not represent the personal beliefs or opinions of its players or Game Managers.

Aereth is Switzerland when it comes to members' gender, sexual orientation, skin color, religion, politics, pronouns, and other real-world matters. We simply ask that everyone treat one another with courtesy and respect.

You may list your preferred pronouns in your OOC profile, but other members may not always see them.

If you're looking for reasons to get your knickers in a twist, Aereth may not be the RPG for you!

Aereth Is Not Medieval Earth

Aereth loosely resembles Earth's medieval period, but Aereth is not Earth.

Its governments, cultures, technology, morality, and social attitudes may resemble different historical periods or depart from them entirely. Players are welcome to write characters with more historically medieval attitudes, but this is not required.

Please don't contact Game Managers (GMs) simply because something wouldn't have happened on medieval Earth. It might happen on Aereth.
